This Purchase Policy explains how purchases in the Numy app work. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Payments through Apple
All purchases in Numy are in-app purchases made through Apple’s App Store and charged to your Apple ID. The price, in your local currency, is shown in the App and in Apple’s payment sheet before you confirm. Applicable taxes are handled by Apple.
Subscriptions
- A subscription keeps your Numy phone number active and gives you access to the features described in the App.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of the trial ends when you purchase a subscription.
- When a subscription ends, your Numy number may be released and assigned to someone else.
Balance (credits)
- Balance packages are one-time purchases that add credits to your account.
- Calls use credits based on their duration and sent SMS based on message length. Incoming calls and messages may also use credits. Current rates are shown in the App.
- To call or send SMS you need both an active subscription and enough balance. Topping up your balance does not renew your subscription.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and can only be used in Numy.
SMS verification purchases
- Each SMS verification purchase gives you one verification for the platform and country you choose.
- If a code does not arrive, you can cancel the pending order and request another number with the same purchase, as long as it is still valid.
- A verification is completed once a code has been received. Availability depends on the platform and country.
Refunds
Because payments are processed by Apple, refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong with a purchase, for example your number or balance is not showing, please contact us before buying again so that we can help.
Price changes
We may change prices for future purchases or renewal periods. Apple will inform you about subscription price changes and, where required, ask for your consent before the new price applies.
